The normal KLIMB Ohio setup should have installed the Licking County Region. To install additional regions you can either click on the desired region on the map or on its entry in the table. After downloading then running the file, it will create the Ohio Zone if it doesn't exist and install the selected region.

Note, only the Licking County Region has detailed road and intersection data. The other regions have a sparser coverage, usually a system of paved roads about five miles apart. This is perfectly useable and gives you a nice introduction to a region, but a local, serious biker would probably want to add in more data.
